To achieve a sleek flat roof, inverted beams are supported by circular columns with narrow nibs, creating a subtle floating effect. The ground floor also accommodates a private study and a large garden, preserving 85% of the site for greenery.

A shell-inspired open-to-sky washroom marks the transition from beach to home, while expansive views and abundant natural light shape the interiors. A double-height living area, mezzanine, library nook, and covered balcony are enriched by traditional Keralan craftsmanship and a warm palette of exposed concrete, natural stone, teak wood, and black granite.

A skylit corridor with a bay window connects two bedrooms featuring asymmetrical roofs, clerestory windows, and deep balconies. The master bedroom culminates in a corner balcony overlooking the ocean and surrounding landscape.
